We love Barna

Did you know that Barna is the correct nickname for Barcelona..?

So it is not Barça, but Barna, given by the locals and residents of this lovely city. We visited this city multiple times and in this blog we will share our  ‘must do/must see-highlights’ of the Catalan capital. In our opinion, the best way to explore the city and feel the vibes is on foot. For the more remote hotspots we always take the city tour bus.

Here is our 'Barcelona in 2 days' - itinerary ⬇️

Day 1: Walking Tour (see map day 1)

Arrived at Barcelona Sants🚆(you can use this platform for train tickets). We took a  Taxi to Port Vell / La Barceloneta.

Pre bookings for Barcelona (recommended)

We booked our tickets for tourist attractions with 'Go City' and bought the 5 choice pass . For us, this was the best deal with a total of 38-40% discount on 5 attractions in the Explorer pass. A big advantage is that you can buy this pass in advance, download it on your mobile and show it at the entrance of the attraction you are visiting.

Just scroll on you app what you want to do! Another big advantage is that the City Touristic Tour Bus (all 3 lines) is included. In addition to the City Touristic Tour, we have chosen: La Sagrada Familia, Parc Guëll, Casa Milà and the FC Barcelona Immersive Tour. But you can create your own list and the discount will be automatically settled. And if your plans  change, you get refunded.
