Wadi Al Munay Ras Al Khaimah

Today, we did a nice hike in RAK, it was about 1 hour drive from our house to this wadi. First we drove a bit into the wadi (after crossing the dam) and parked the car close to some other cars. The hike was around 4,5 kilometers, but we did a short cut over the mountain between two wadi's. The weather was so lovely, we could really enjoy the view and the picnic's along the way. Unfortunately, there was no water in the dam or wadi's (see here the wadi with water: Wadi Al Munay (after rainfall)), but nevertheless it is a beautiful hike. We finished the day with a drink and some snacks at Mheila Cafe at Mheila Archaeological Centre in Sharjah.
