Oman by dhow boat... just magical!
Wow, what a magical trip we had in the northern part of Oman.
We did a private overnight Dhow cruise from Khasab - Musandam (for one night). Musandam is an exclave totally surrounded by UAE, with the Strait of Hormuz (which it shares with Iran) and the Gulf of Oman forming Musandam's coastal boundaries. The cruise was really amazing, with lots of activities such as snorkeling, swimming, fishing, visiting Telegraph and Seebi Island, and our favorite part, watching the dolphins, and there were so many of them, just beautiful.
Here is our itinerary ⬇️
Day 1: Dubai - Tibat (bordercrossing) - Khasab/Musandam (overnight Dhow boat Persian Gulf)
Day 2: Khasab - Khasab Castle - Bokha Beach - Dubai
Total km: 400
! You need car insurance for Oman.
Oman is (since 2023) visa free for GCC residents. It is very easy to apply for a visa at the border (visa on arrival).
